What will you be doing?
- Managing the location together with your team
- Working in the car wash
- Guiding and coaching colleagues
- Drawing up staff schedules and keeping track of administration
- Conducting performance reviews and job interviews
- Resolving malfunctions and performing maintenance
- Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers
- Handling complaints professionally
Who are you?
- You have a strong and open personality with a positive attitude
- You have an affinity for cars and an eye for safety and improvement
- You communicate excellently in Dutch and English
- You are customer-oriented and know how to motivate and coach your team
- You have experience as a manager who contributes to the growth and improvement of the branch
- Salary from €2,697 per month (38 hours)
- Fixed-term contract, with the aim of entering into a long-term partnership
