We freshen up the inside of your car in 12 minutes. This is different from detailing or interior cleaning where, for example, stains are removed from the upholstery. In those cases, a treatment often takes at least a (few) hour(s). Moreover, it is a lot cheaper than an extensive interior cleaning.

The Interior Cleaning service is not available without a wash program. We prefer working with clean cars; it is more pleasant for our employees and ensures a fresh result. That is why we always combine interior cleaning with a car wash.

To process the cancellation and refund, please provide us with:

• A photo of the registered ANAC Waspas
• The bank details (IBAN and account holder name) where the remaining balance can be refunded

You can request and export a (VAT) invoice in your personal ANAC customer portal. Log in to your account. Once logged in, you will find all your invoices under “my transactions”.

Are you unable to log in to your ANAC account even though your login details are correct? This problem can be solved by clearing your cache. The cache is where certain data (history) is stored. Clearing your web browser’s cache ensures that the latest versions of webpages and programs are loaded in the browser. This may resolve display and/or login issues. If this doesn’t solve the problem, you can contact customer support at: info@anaccarwash.com

If you haven’t registered your Waspas yet, you can easily request a new password at the car wash checkout.

You can use your Waspas credit to pay for the first few months of ANAC Unlimited. This will be calculated pro rata based on the number of days. Any remaining amount will be rounded up to a full day. You can choose how much of your balance you want to use for the Unlimited subscription. On the website https://www.anacunlimited.com/ you can indicate that you already have an ANAC account. You can log in with your own credentials and the existing credit will be applied.

If you haven’t registered your Waspas yet, you can easily request a new password at the car wash checkout.

You can request a new one via www.anaccarwash.com/prepaid-waspas/. Your card will be blocked, and a new card will be linked to your current customer number and wash credit. This new card will be sent to you.

For this, we will deduct €5.00 in administration fees from your balance.

You can request that we unblock your registered Waspas by filling out the (un)blocking form https://www.anaccarwash.com/prepaid-waspas/ and mentioning in the “comments” field that you want to unblock the card. You must attach a photo of your recovered registered Waspas. If we have already linked a replacement card, we can no longer reverse the costs (€5.00). These costs have been/will be deducted from your wash credit.

Please note: we can only provide this service for registered wash cards!

You can bring your pass to one of our locations, where a new password can be printed for you on the spot. You can then complete the registration using your pass number and password.

You can block your Waspas at www.anaccarwash.com/prepaid-waspas/ by filling out the form. Your card will be blocked and a new card will be linked to your current customer number and wash credit. This card will be sent to you. For this, we will deduct €5 from your balance.

Please note! Only registered cards can be blocked.

You pay the first rental period when you sign the contract. This also applies to any additional costs for a lock or items from the moving range. This payment can be made with your debit or credit card.

After that, you don’t have to do anything, because to make it even easier for you, subsequent payments are debited from your account monthly via direct debit. You authorize us for this immediately upon signing the contract. Are you renting a unit for business purposes? Then you will, of course, receive a VAT invoice from us.

When you no longer need the storage unit, you can cancel the contract using the standard form. This also withdraws the authorization for direct debit.

After the final rental period, it is assumed that you have vacated the unit as agreed.

All stored goods must be insured with a reputable Dutch insurance company. Your standard home contents insurance usually covers your belongings for the first three months (sometimes longer) when stored off-site. As this varies by insurance company, we recommend checking with your insurer or broker and adjusting your policy if necessary. Businesses are also advised to contact their own insurance advisor. Depending on the industry or policy, insurers may handle materials and stock stored elsewhere differently. ANAC is not liable.

Our house rules are part of our Terms and Conditions. You will receive clear instructions on how the system works and the general procedures. Do you have questions or are you unsure? Ask our staff for advice or help. We have listed the most important house rules:

• ANAC Storage is intended for storage. It is not permitted to carry out activities other than loading and unloading and packing, unpacking, or repacking goods. In particular, the use of electrical and mechanical tools is not allowed.
• ANAC Storage is accessible daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. It is not permitted to be in ANAC Storage outside of opening hours. You must have left the building and the ANAC Storage grounds by 11:00 PM at the latest. Costs for alarm response due to non-compliance with this rule will be charged to the tenant, with a minimum of €75 per violation.
• The ANAC Storage reception is open every day (Mon-Sun) from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• It is not permitted to store or keep toxic, flammable, or dangerous substances, perishable and/or strong-smelling items, or livestock in the storage unit. Storage of weapons, medicines, drugs, and illegal goods is not allowed.
• Your access code is strictly personal; prevent misuse. If you have forgotten your access code, you must report to the branch manager in person. You cannot obtain your access code in any other way.
• Use your own access code for your entry and departure and do not let others enter or exit with you. Do not follow others inside or outside yourself; always use your own code.
• Prevent damage to the roller doors and your vehicle. The roller door opens after you enter your access code. Only start driving when the barrier is also fully open. The sliding gate at the rear of the building opens automatically as your vehicle approaches, but not before the roller door behind you has closed.
• The maximum speed in and around the building is 5 km/h, which means at a walking pace.
• Only use the lock provided by ANAC Storage on your storage unit. It is not permitted to add an extra lock to your storage unit.
• In case of late payment or failure to vacate your storage unit on time, your unit will be blocked and additional costs will be charged.
• Do not leave transport trolleys in your storage unit and return them to their place.
• Only use the emergency phone/intercom in case of emergencies.
• Opening emergency exits triggers an alarm and response by the security company. Costs for this are at least €75 and will be charged to you.
• Report damage to the storage unit and other irregularities to the branch manager.
• After checking out, you must leave the storage unit empty, clean, and without the lock. Disposing of your trash and waste from this facility is your responsibility. In case of negligence, the costs of this removal will be passed on to the tenant, with a minimum of €20. Lock drilling costs: €75.
• Ensure that other tenants are not inconvenienced:
• Turn off your vehicle’s engine when stationary
• Dispose of your waste
• No pets
• No noise nuisance
• It is, of course, strictly forbidden to smoke or make fire

Use these handy tips to make temporary storage a success:

• Take furniture apart as much as possible: by disassembling a table, it takes up less space and is easier to transport;
• Some chairs can be stacked upside down on top of each other. Secure the chairs so they don’t fall over and damage other items;
• Make sure you have enough moving boxes. These are available in our shop. The boxes are sturdy, easy to stack, and reusable. Fill the boxes well so they don’t collapse. Place heavy boxes at the bottom and light boxes on top.
• To properly protect dishes and other fragile items, wrap them in packing paper. If you use newspaper, the ink can leave stains that aren’t always removable. Suitable packing paper is available in our shop;
• To keep track of everything, write the contents on each box and make a list of all the stored goods in your unit. Do you have very heavy boxes or boxes with fragile items? Be sure to mark them;
• Store your fridge or freezer clean and dry. Leaving the door slightly ajar prevents musty odors;
• Organize your unit as efficiently as possible: try to keep a walkway clear so you can easily reach everything. Place items you need more often or want to retrieve first at the front.
• Use old sheets and blankets to protect your furniture. You can also purchase moving blankets and bubble wrap in the ANAC Selfstorage shop to protect your furniture;
• Don’t let your belongings get wet during transport. To transport your items dry and safe, you can use one of our trailers with a fixed cover for free;
• You can protect mattresses with mattress covers. Stand the mattress upright and lean other items against it to prevent it from sagging;
• Drawers of cabinets that cannot be disassembled can be used to store small items;
• Remove batteries from devices for long-term storage. These can leak and cause irreparable damage to your equipment;
• Check if your insurance covers off-site storage and how long that coverage lasts;
• You can use our handy trolleys for free inside;
• Do you have a question about packing, transport, or storage? Our staff are happy to help and provide you with advice.

If you live in the Netherlands, it is important that you take out the subscription in the Dutch environment. This screen will appear automatically. Subscriptions including interior cleaning are only valid at our locations with an interior cleaning line (Arnhem, Nijmegen, Breda, Den Bosch, Wilrijk, Tilburg, and Nijmegen).

You’re welcome to wash your car every day, but not multiple times on the same day.

At the car wash, your subscription is recognized by your car’s license plate. The subscription is valid for one license plate. You no longer need a pass.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as you have received this, you can use the car wash immediately.

You can register via our website with one car/one license plate. If you already have an account, simply log in with your existing ANAC account. In the portal, you can choose the subscription that suits you best. The subscription fee will be debited monthly via automatic collection.

Unfortunately, not all cars can go through our car washes. Do you have accessories or parts on the exterior of your car that were not factory-fitted? For example, a spoiler, roof rack, or is something hanging loose? Always discuss this with a staff member at our location. Pick-ups, cars with extreme spoilers, or roof racks cannot go through.

With our subscription, you can wash your car as often as you like at all ANAC locations. You’re welcome to wash your car every day, though not multiple times on the same day. We offer various subscription options, giving you the opportunity to wash one car (one license plate) unlimitedly with your favorite wash program.

You can choose a wash program every time you visit the car wash. For an upgrade, you pay a one-time fee at the car wash checkout.

You can cancel your subscription in your personal online ANAC environment. Under the ‘My subscription’ tab, there is a grey button labeled ‘Terminate’. Once you click this, your subscription will be ended. You will receive a confirmation email in which you must confirm the cancellation via a red button. No refunds are issued; you can continue washing your car until the date your current subscription expires. We apply a notice period of fourteen days before the start of the next subscription period. You can change your subscription in your personal online Customer Portal. Under the ‘My subscription’ tab, you can choose a different subscription option by clicking on ”Adjust subscription type”. You can change the license plate in your own online ANAC environment. Under the ‘My details’ tab, there is a blue button ‘Change details’. You can change your license plate using this blue ‘Change details’ button. This is free of charge once per calendar month, with a maximum of three changes per calendar year. For more changes, you pay €10 per change.

You can change your address details in your personal online ANAC environment. Under the ‘My details’ tab, you will find the information we have on file. Unfortunately, this is not possible. Dealer cars are excluded from participating in ANAC Unlimited.

You can also benefit from the subscription for business use. We apply a double rate for taxi companies.

No, the Prepaid Waspas will remain active as a payment method. You can continue to use it alongside your subscription for things like the wash boxes or for a one-time upgrade in the car wash. You can also use the balance on your Prepaid Waspas to pay for your first subscription period.

These cannot be merged. Choose which ANAC Unlimited subscriber will become the main subscriber. Cancel all other subscriptions. These can be added to ANAC Unlimited Together once the subscription term has expired.

You can download your invoice in your customer portal.

Yes, you can still use your ANAC Prepaid Wash Pass for an upgrade or the wash bays, for example. The primary account holder can also use their credit to pay for a period of the ANAC Unlimited subscription. This will be settled by our system during payment.

You are welcome at all our locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you pay in the Netherlands, the Dutch payment options apply. In Belgium, you can simply pay using the payment methods common there.

This is shown in an overview in the customer portal during payment.

The collection date of the main account holder always determines the schedule for all other group members. The first installment for other group members is processed immediately upon joining. This first payment ensures that the billing cycle for other group members is aligned with that of the main account holder. After that first payment, the direct debit for everyone will coincide with the main account holder’s collection date. Payments can only be made by the main account holder.

This is possible within the account. Cancellation can take place immediately. The (extra) subscription will only stop at the next period that is no longer debited. The discount will decrease according to the graduated scale.

Yes, everyone can choose their own type of subscription.

The primary account holder can add group members via their account (customer portal). They can choose to share their login details with group members.

The primary account holder is responsible for all payments. The monthly fee is automatically debited from the primary account holder.

You get a discount of up to 12%! Each additional license plate provides an extra discount for the entire group according to a sliding scale.

As a private customer, you can add a maximum of 9 additional license plates. You are the primary subscription holder. You are responsible for adding group members and for payment. For business customers, there is no limit to the number of license plates that can be added. Business customers can contact sales@ANACcarwash.com to set this up.
