How does Unlimited Together work?

Step 1

Register a primary account holder and choose one of our subscription types.

Step 2

Pay your first subscription term via iDEAL (NL) or Bancontact (BE). Subsequent terms will be automatically debited monthly.

Step 3

Add extra license plates in the customer portal (max. 10 in total). A specific subscription type can be chosen for each license plate*.

*The primary account holder pays for the entire group.

Step 4

You can use our car washes immediately! Our license plate scanner recognizes which subscription is activated for your plate.

You are welcome at all our locations in the Netherlands and Belgium. If you pay in the Netherlands, the Dutch payment options apply. In Belgium, you can simply pay using the payment methods common there.

One person in the Together subscription wants to cancel their subscription. How do I do this?

This is possible within the account. Cancellation can take place immediately. The (extra) subscription will only stop at the next period that is no longer debited. The discount will decrease according to the graduated scale.

The primary account holder can add group members via their account (customer portal). They can choose to share their login details with group members.

What is the maximum number of license plates/group members I can add to my account?

As a private customer, you can add a maximum of 9 additional license plates. You are the primary subscription holder. You are responsible for adding group members and for payment. For business customers, there is no limit to the number of license plates that can be added. Business customers can contact sales@ANACcarwash.com to set this up.

You get a discount of up to 12%! Each additional license plate provides an extra discount for the entire group according to a sliding scale.

I have multiple ANAC Unlimited accounts. Can they be merged into a single ANAC Unlimited account?

These cannot be merged. Choose which ANAC Unlimited subscriber will become the main subscriber. Cancel all other subscriptions. These can be added to ANAC Unlimited Together once the subscription term has expired.

Can I still use my ANAC Prepaid Wash Pass?

Yes, you can still use your ANAC Prepaid Wash Pass for an upgrade or the wash bays, for example. The primary account holder can also use their credit to pay for a period of the ANAC Unlimited subscription. This will be settled by our system during payment.

When does the first payment take place?

When does the first payment take place?

The collection date of the main account holder always determines the schedule for all other group members. The first installment for other group members is processed immediately upon joining. This first payment ensures that the billing cycle for other group members is aligned with that of the main account holder. After that first payment, the direct debit for everyone will coincide with the main account holder’s collection date. Payments can only be made by the main account holder.

What should I do if I get the error message "This subscription already exists"?

If you receive this error message when adding an additional license plate to ANAC Unlimited Together, it means that the license plate in question already has its own ANAC Unlimited subscription. In this case, the ANAC Unlimited subscription must first be terminated by the subscriber; once the subscription term has ended, the license plate can be added to ANAC Unlimited Together.

Who is responsible for the monthly direct debit?
